You travel privately in our comfortable Mercedes-Benz V-Class – with no other passengers and no extra cost per person.

In addition to the airport transfer, you can also book our Mercedes V-Class by the hour with a personal chauffeur. The chauffeur service is ideal for multiple appointments, restaurant visits, shopping, changing hotels or individual trips according to your own plans. Route, pickup time and stops along the way are arranged flexibly with you.

How much does an airport transfer in Dubai cost?

A private airport transfer from Dubai International Airport to a hotel or apartment in Dubai starts at 250 AED per vehicle and route. The exact fixed price depends on the airport and the destination.

Is the price per person or for the whole vehicle?

Our prices are for the entire vehicle, not per person. You travel privately in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class and don't share the vehicle with other guests.

How does airport pickup in Dubai work?

After booking, we agree on a meeting point at the airport with you. We track your arrival using your flight number, wait for you in the arrivals area, help with your luggage and take you straight to your hotel, apartment or another destination of your choice.

What information is needed for booking?

For a personal offer we need:

Date and desired pickup time
Flight number for an airport pickup
Pickup location and destination
Number of passengers
Number and size of luggage items
Details of any child seats needed

We'll then confirm the exact price and all pickup details with you.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

We monitor your arrival time using the flight number you provide, so any delay is detected early. If the pickup is significantly delayed, we'll coordinate the additional waiting time directly with you.

How long does the chauffeur wait after landing?

For airport pickups, up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included. If baggage claim or immigration takes noticeably longer, please let us know via WhatsApp. Additional waiting time is charged by prior arrangement.

Which airports do you offer transfers to?

We arrange private transfers to and from Dubai International Airport (DXB), as well as, on request, from other airports in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Pickups in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah can also be arranged individually.

Which hotels and locations do you drive to?

We take you to hotels, apartments, holiday accommodations, cruise terminals and other addresses of your choice in Dubai. Transfers to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and other emirates are also possible.

How many people fit in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class?

Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to six passengers. For an airport transfer with normal luggage, we recommend up to five people. A sixth passenger is possible if the amount of luggage leaves enough space.

How much luggage can be brought along?

The amount of luggage possible depends on the number of passengers as well as the size and number of suitcases. Please let us know exactly how many large suitcases, carry-on bags, strollers or other bulky items you're bringing when you make your request. This way we can check in advance that everything fits safely in the vehicle.

Can child seats be provided?

Yes, child seats can be provided on request. Please let us know the child's age or weight when booking so we can prepare the right seat.

Can I also book the chauffeur service by the hour?

Yes. Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class with personal chauffeur can be booked for 250 AED per hour and vehicle. The chauffeur service is ideal for individual trips, multiple appointments, restaurant visits, shopping, changing hotels or other trips as you wish.

Can the route be adjusted flexibly during an hourly booking?

Yes. Pickup time, route and desired stops are arranged individually with you. With an hourly booking, you can combine multiple destinations without needing to organize a new transfer for each leg.

Are longer transfers to other emirates possible too?

Yes, we also offer longer trips between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Fujairah and other locations across the UAE. For longer distances, we'll put together an individual fixed-price offer based on the route and travel time.
