2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all private tours, transfers and additional services provided by us within the UAE. Deviating conditions apply only if confirmed in writing.
3. Booking & Contract
By booking (via website, email or WhatsApp), you submit a binding request.
The contract is concluded upon our booking confirmation.
Special requests are only valid if confirmed.
4. Services & Changes
The scope of services is defined by the tour description or confirmation.
We reserve the right to adjust routes or timing due to traffic, weather, official regulations or safety reasons, provided the overall experience remains unchanged.
5. Prices, Currency & Fees
All prices are in AED (UAE Dirham).
Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only.
Bank and card fees are borne by the customer.
6. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining amount is payable at the start of the tour (cash or card).
7. Cancellation Policy (Customer)
• ≥ 72 hours before start: free of charge
• 72–24 hours: 50% of total price
• < 24 hours or no-show: 100%
Third-party costs (e.g. tickets) are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation by Desert Pearl
In cases of force majeure (e.g. sandstorms, government restrictions, vehicle issues), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.
Payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
9. Waiting Times
• Hotel pickup: 15 minutes free waiting time
• Airport pickup: up to 60 minutes after landing included
Additional waiting may incur extra charges.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide correct information, valid documents and appropriate clothing.
Instructions from our team must be followed.
11. Children & Safety
Child seats are available upon request.
Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
12. Third-Party Services
For optional activities (e.g. quad biking, yachts, attractions), we may act as an intermediary.
The terms of the respective providers apply.
13. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.
Activities beyond standard sightseeing are at your own risk.
14. Insurance
We maintain insurance as required by UAE law.
Personal travel insurance is recommended.
15. Photos & Marketing
With your consent, photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes.
You may object at any time.
16. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
17. No Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for leisure services with a fixed date.
The cancellation policy (Section 7) applies.
18. Complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately during the tour.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days.
19. Governing Law
UAE law applies.
Place of jurisdiction: Dubai Courts or DIAC arbitration (if agreed).
20. Severability Clause
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
